This Thanksgiving, my gratitude isn’t directed to business accomplishments or public relations. My gratitude goes to something much larger—the victims who reached out to Lionsgate Network as a result of being targeted by online financial scams and cryptocurrency fraud.
Victims of bitcoin theft do not have the benefit of an automatic sense of trust in the field of blockchain investigation/forensics and crypto recovery. Rather, it is very common for the victims to contact us when they are experiencing some of their life’s most traumatic events, having lost money and confidence to organized crime rings claiming to be investors/traders, romantic partners, or financial advisors.
